The Role:  We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our Peel Cluster Team to provide home care for our clients in the Peel region.  You will deliver different services based on the clients' individual care plans.  We can help you build an exciting career with an organisation that recognises, trains, supports and rewards you for what you love to do.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Household domestic assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship and shopping
  • Transport to Doctor and other appointments

Essential:

  • Caring for the aged passion and good active listening skills
  • Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Care (desirable)
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Flexible availability including Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Roadworthy, clean, insured vehicle
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • National Police Certificate (or willingness to get one)
